Please ensure shoes are tried on indoors on a carpeted surface to maintain their pristine condition for eligibility.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once received.
